KERRY GRANT
Office Manager / Senior Property Manager
A fully licensed Real Estate Agent and has lived locally since moving from NSW in 1995.
Kerry has worked successfully in Real Estate Sales for a number of years and then in 2000 Kerry decided on a career change to Property Management. Kerry will still be managing the properties of her select Clients and will be overseeing the Property Management Department, in her capacity of our Office Manager.

DAPHNE ORLEY
Sales Consultant
Daphne brings to our office a wealth of knowledge of the greater South Western Suburbs areas including Inala, Forest Lake, Ellengrove and the Graceville to Durack area. This is due to Daphne's schooling at the local schools, playing sport at the local clubs and also being a long term resident of the area.
Daphne's family has been involved in the building industry for over 30 years, then in 2003 Daphne decided on a Real Estate Sales career.
Daphne's entry into the Real Estate industry has gone from strength to strength making her passion for sales her career. With her dedication and commitment to her clients, she will go that extra mile to make sure all are content and satisfied.
Whether you are a first homebuyer, an expanding family or a real estate investor Daphne is very approachable and has a wealth of knowledge of the real estate industry that she will be only too pleased to share.
Other real estate agents have been known to promise "better quality and service" to persuade you to engage their services, or to inflate the price of your home to "buy" the listing, but unfortunately you have to leave constant messages and still not hear back from them until it is time to renew your contract agreement or to beat down your "listed price" to its correct market price.

HALEY GROVES
Property Manager
Haley commenced her Real Estate career in 2005 at Corinda, Haley started out in the industry as a receptionist and quickly worked her way to a position of Assistant Property Manager when working with Kerry Grant our Office Manager. After some time away from the industry was asked to come and work for us, Haley now has her Certificate of Registration and is currently studying for her Certificate IV in Real Estate.
Haley has always had an affinity with Property Management and I am sure you will find her a true asset as your Property Manager; as she is very hardworking and dedicated to her Clients.

TIA ROGERS
Receptionist
Tia is the young lady that will be the first to greet you when you phone or come into the office. Tia has her Certificate of Registration and is completing her Certificate IV in Real Estate Tia joined our office in April 2009 and has proved to be a huge asset to all sections of our office especially the Property Management Department.
